Gates, a veteran in financial leadership, will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations in its next phase of growth, further establishing Absolute Software as the beacon in cyber resilience for leading government and corporate institutions worldwide.

Gates carries a remarkably diverse portfolio having served as CFO of Level Access, where he managed the company's financial operations from its inception to acquisition by the global investment powerhouse, KKR. Prior to joining Level Access, Gates played a pivotal role as the CFO at Telarix and INRIX, held senior roles at Coinstar, Microsoft, and PWC. A graduate of the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
