Atome & SEAOIL offer PHP ₱5.00 fuel discount at 300 stations
Atome Philippines has entered into an exclusive agreement with SEAOIL Philippines to offer fuel discounts to holders of the Atome Card. The partnership will initially include over 300 SEAOIL stations, with the aim to cover almost all of SEAOIL's network of more than 800 outlets across the country.
Cardholder benefits
Atome Card users will be eligible for up to PHP ₱5.00 off per litre of fuel when purchasing through SEAOIL. To access the discount, customers must download the PriceLOCQ app, pre-purchase fuel via the platform, and redeem it at participating SEAOIL stations.
Nearly two million Filipinos currently possess an Atome Card. The majority of these users are first-time cardholders, with around 80% using the card for essential daily expenses such as groceries, telecommunications, electricity, and gas. The inclusion of SEAOIL as a merchant extends the card's reach to another area of basic household expenditure.
Fuel costs addressed
For Filipino consumers, fuel is among their largest and most regular household outlays. The collaboration seeks to address affordability and financial access for everyday purchases. Atome Philippines' expansion into fuel retailing comes as part of its broader strategy to increase cost savings through merchant partnerships.
"Our mission at Atome Philippines has always been to make life more affordable and accessible for consumers. With fuel being one of the largest recurring household expenses, our exclusive partnership with SEAOIL provides millions of hardworking Filipinos a smarter and more flexible way to manage their daily living costs," said Christian Quiros, President and Country General Manager, Atome Philippines.
SEAOIL collaboration
The partnership arrives as SEAOIL seeks to enhance the value it offers consumers at the pump. SEAOIL operates over 800 retail stations and 12 depot facilities nationally.
"SEAOIL is committed to uplifting and supporting the everyday lives of Filipinos. Through this collaboration with Atome, we're giving our customers more flexibility and value for their fuel purchases, helping them stretch their budget further while keeping their lives moving," said Jayvee dela Fuente, Vice President for Corporate and Consumer Marketing, SEAOIL Philippines.
Sector growth
Atome Philippines was recently recognised for its digital lending offering. The company won the Digital Lending Product of the Year for the Atome Card at the Global Retail Banking Awards 2025 held in Singapore. In a parallel initiative, Atome Philippines established a PHP ₱2.75 billion (USD $48 million) loan partnership with Maya Bank to expand financial access in the country.
With more than 4 million customers served locally, Atome Philippines continues to expand through both consumer growth and partnerships with businesses across various sectors. The firm's parent group, Advance Intelligence Group, operates across Southeast Asia and is backed by global investors.
