Conga acquires PROS B2B arm to boost pricing platform

Thu, 5th Feb 2026

Conga has completed the acquisition of the B2B business of PROS, adding pricing optimisation software alongside its quoting and contract management products.

The transaction combines software used for pricing, configuration, quoting and contracting. Conga said the combined platform connects pricing decisions with contract execution processes.

The combined business serves more than 10,000 customers, including over half of the Fortune 100, according to Conga. Conga said it will continue under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer Dave Osborne.

The PROS Travel business does not form part of the transaction. It will remain a standalone business within the Thoma Bravo portfolio, Conga said.

Product scope

Conga sells software in configure, price, quote, contract lifecycle management and document automation. The acquired PROS B2B business focuses on pricing optimisation and related commercial software for business-to-business sales processes.

Conga described the combined offering as a single platform that covers pricing, quoting and contracting. The company said this creates a direct link between pricing data and the documents used to secure customer agreements.

In the announcement, Conga also referenced artificial intelligence in its product stack. It characterised the deal as bringing together AI-driven pricing optimisation with configuration, quoting and contracting software.

Customer base

Conga said its customer base now exceeds 10,000 organisations and includes more than 6.4 million users. The company said customers generate more than 7 million contracts and 46 million quotes each year using Conga software.

The acquisition increases Conga's reach in pricing software for B2B sellers. The company also positioned the combined products around commercial workflows that run from price setting through to signed agreements.

Pricing and quoting software has drawn sustained investment as businesses look for tighter control of discounting, margin and approvals. Contract lifecycle management has also become a priority in large organisations that aim to standardise templates, track obligations, and reduce manual work across legal and sales teams.

Integration plans

Osborne said Conga plans a swift integration. He said customer continuity will remain a focus during that process.

"To operate as connected, intelligent businesses, enterprises need a commerce chain that keeps everyone moving in the same direction," said Dave  Osborne, Chief Executive Officer, Conga.

"By bringing Conga and PROS B2B together, we're connecting pricing, quoting, and contracting so teams work from shared insights and recommendations, stay aligned, and streamline the path from decision to execution," said Osborne.

The Conga CEO also shared his perspective on the path forward following the merger, stating the company's priorities and upcoming plans for customers and stakeholders.

"As we look ahead, we are focused on integrating the two companies thoughtfully and swiftly, with customer continuity and innovation guiding the way. We'll share more at Conga Connect in March in Orlando. I hope to see you there," said Osborne.
