Ondo tokenised funds join DTCC's Fund/SERV platform

DTCC has added Ondo Finance subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets to its Fund/SERV platform, making it the first tokenisation platform on the fund transaction network.
Fund/SERV handles more than 85% of US mutual fund transaction activity, giving Ondo access to the established distribution system used by fund companies, wealth platforms and service providers.
Oasis Pro Markets is a US-registered broker-dealer and distributor of tokenised investment products. Its membership means Ondo's tokenised funds can be processed through the same operational network that supports much of the mainstream mutual fund market.
The move connects part of the digital asset market with one of the core pieces of infrastructure used in traditional funds. It also marks another step by DTCC to support tokenised assets within existing market plumbing rather than through separate channels.
Industry network
By joining Fund/SERV, Oasis Pro Markets can use a standardised connection to transact with fund companies, distributors and service providers, removing the need to build separate integrations for each relationship, according to the companies.
The platform also supports account-level data, transaction confirmations, reconciliation, fund distributions, tax reporting and regulatory reporting. These functions are central to the day-to-day administration of pooled investment products and are often cited as barriers to bringing newer asset structures into wider distribution.
For DTCC, the decision places tokenised fund products inside a network long used by conventional asset managers and intermediaries. For Ondo, it provides access to operational processes already familiar to market participants across the US funds industry.
Talia Klein, Managing Director and Head of Wealth & Investment Solutions at DTCC, described interoperability as central to the next stage of market development.
"As financial markets continue to evolve, interoperability between traditional infrastructure and digital asset ecosystems will be critical to achieving scale and broad market adoption," said Talia Klein, Managing Director and Head of Wealth & Investment Solutions at DTCC.
"Ondo's participation in Fund/SERV demonstrates how established industry infrastructure can support the next phase of market evolution by connecting fund innovation with trusted standards, seamless scalability, operational resiliency and industry connectivity," Klein said.
Tokenised funds
Tokenisation refers to the representation of financial assets on blockchain-based systems. Advocates argue it can streamline ownership records and settlement processes, but broader use in regulated markets has been slowed by the need to connect those structures with existing distribution, reporting and servicing arrangements.
This is where established post-trade and fund processing networks have drawn increasing attention. Financial institutions have been testing how tokenised securities and funds can move through traditional channels without forcing distributors and asset managers to adopt entirely new workflows.
Ondo has positioned itself around tokenised versions of financial products aimed at linking traditional assets with digital infrastructure. Adding Oasis Pro Markets to Fund/SERV gives it a practical distribution path into the conventional funds market, rather than limiting tokenised products to specialist digital asset venues.
Ian De Bode, Acting Chief Executive Officer and President of Ondo Finance, said the arrangement creates a direct connection with traditional fund distributors through DTCC.
"We're excited to be the first tokenization platform to become part of Fund/SERV, establishing a direct connection between tokenized funds and traditional fund distributors through DTCC," said Ian De Bode, Acting Chief Executive Officer and President of Ondo Finance.
"Through a single standardized connection, Ondo's subsidiary Oasis Pro Markets can transact with fund companies, wealth platforms and service providers without requiring separate integrations. A key piece of infrastructure is now in place for tokenized funds to scale to mainstream adoption," De Bode said.
Wider context
DTCC sits at the centre of post-trade market infrastructure and has been expanding its work on digital assets as financial firms explore tokenised bonds, funds and other securities. The group says its position across traditional and digital markets allows it to link newer issuance models with long-established operational systems.
The scale of its existing business underlines why access to Fund/SERV matters. Its subsidiaries processed securities transactions valued at USD $4.7 quadrillion in 2025, while its depository subsidiary provided custody and asset servicing for securities issues from more than 150 countries and territories valued at USD $114 trillion.
Against that backdrop, Oasis Pro Markets' entry into Fund/SERV is notable less for the size of any single product launch than for what it suggests about the route tokenised funds may need to take to gain wider use: through the same networks, controls and reporting frameworks already used across the fund industry.
