OwlTing and Credible Finance have signed a partnership to open cross-border payout corridors for each other's customers, starting with payouts into China.

The arrangement is a platform-level link between two payment networks rather than a single integration. Credible will use OwlPay Harbor, OwlTing's settlement infrastructure, for the China corridor, while OwlTing plans to use Credible's network to establish a route into India.

The deal links OwlTing's licensed settlement coverage from the US into Asia with Credible's reach across more than 40 markets. The initial China route is now in the onboarding phase.

For OwlTing, the agreement comes as activity on OwlPay Harbor rises sharply. Enterprise clients on the platform reached 51 by the end of May, up from 36 reported with its full-year 2025 results.

Completed transaction orders on OwlPay Harbor have also doubled on average each month since March, which OwlTing described as a 103% compound monthly growth rate over the period. The figures are based on internal records, and the company defined orders as completed order count rather than payment value or revenue.

Credible has processed more than USD $641 million in total payment volume to date. Its platform supports cross-border collections, payouts, treasury movement, and settlement across more than 40 markets, 37 currencies, and 86 payment methods through a single integration.

Network link

The partnership reflects a broader push by payment companies to connect existing regulated networks rather than build every corridor directly. For providers serving internet-based businesses, access to local settlement routes and compliance structures has become a competitive factor in cross-border transfers.

OwlTing's US coverage spans 42 states. Outside the US, it also holds a Virtual Asset Service Provider registration in Poland and an Electronic Payment Service Operator (or Bank API) licence in Japan.

Credible's customer base includes fintechs, web3 platforms, AI startups, marketplaces, creator platforms, and commerce businesses. The company positions itself as a payment orchestration platform for businesses seeking a single connection to multiple markets and payment methods.

Darren Wang, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OwlTing Group, outlined the company's view of the deal.

"OwlPay Harbor is gaining traction because enterprises increasingly need cross-border rails that combine reach, speed, and regulatory discipline," said Darren Wang, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OwlTing Group.

"By connecting with Credible, we expect to extend our clients' access to important Asian markets while giving Credible's customers a regulated path into China. This is the network model we believe will define the next stage of global payments: licensed platforms connecting to one another so money can move more reliably across borders," Wang said.

Asia focus

China is the first live priority in the tie-up, with India identified as the next corridor under consideration. India is one of the world's largest payment-receiving economies, making it an important destination for providers serving exporters, freelancers, platforms, and global businesses paying local recipients.

The arrangement may also strengthen OwlTing's position in Asia-focused settlement services at a time when companies are seeking alternatives to fragmented cross-border payment setups. Instead of negotiating separate local relationships in each market, platforms are increasingly using network partnerships to widen access.

Shrikant Bhalerao, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Credible Finance, said the partnership would help the company deepen its access to Asian markets.

"Cross-border payments are evolving toward interconnected financial networks that can move money globally while remaining deeply localized from a regulatory and settlement perspective," said Shrikant Bhalerao, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Credible Finance.

"Partnering with OwlPay strengthens our ability to support compliant payout flows into key Asian markets while expanding access for global internet businesses that increasingly expect faster settlement, broader coverage, and programmable financial infrastructure," Bhalerao said.

OwlPay Harbor sits within OwlTing's broader payments business, which also includes products for agent-based digital transactions. The immediate commercial significance lies in whether the network link can convert rising platform usage into sustained corridor volume between the US and major Asian payout markets.

Credible has set a public target of USD $5 billion in annual processed volume for 2026.
