Reveal Group named as Leader in Forrester Wave RPA report
Tue, 13th Apr 2021
FYI, this story is more than a year old

Intelligent automation services provider Reveal Group has been named a Leader in the Forrester Wave Midsize RPA Services Q1 2021 report, ranking highest for criteria including ‘customer results and business outcomes' against 11 other vendors.

The report credits Reveal Group's positioning as a ‘boutique' robotic process automation (RPA) firm, as well as the company's choice to focus on simplicity as well as price, particularly for Blue Prism and UiPath solutions.

Reveal Group's own products are called RoboSuite and are designed to design, check code, and manage the creation and deployment of automation processes.

“Reference customers speak very positively about the energy, innovation, industry best practices, and deep product knowledge that Reveal Group brings to the table,” the report notes.

Reveal Group RPA practice leader Benjamin Lingard says that the company is thrilled to be named as a Leader.

“Reveal Group continues to focus on and invest in our people, capabilities, and accelerator tools to help our customers realise the potential of RPA and intelligent automation. We believe Forrester's evaluation further validates our commitment to delivering outstanding, innovative solutions to customers across a diverse range of industries and locations.

The company's cofounder and CEO, Ian Crouch, adds that RPA adoption is growing and the company is seeing ‘explosive' demand for automation tools.

“We see this recognition as an important milestone and a testament to Reveal Group's commitment to quality and continuous improvement. From a small business with big aspirations to being recognized as a Leader marks a moment to celebrate and thank the customers we've worked with and the industry-leading team who got us here,” Crouch adds.

Last year the company announced that machine identity management firm Venafi had sponsored Reveal Group to create RPA tools for Venafi users across Blue Prism and UiPath. These tools provide workflow automation across the Venafi platform.

The sponsorship is part of a $12 million Machine Identity Management Development Fund designed to enable developers to build integrations that protect machine identities in the Venafi platform.

Commenting on the announcement, Venafi ecosystem and threat intelligence VP Kevin Bocek says, “Digital transformation is driving an explosion in the number of machine identities on enterprise networks because these initiatives require a host of new cloud, hybrid, and microservice applications for every new business application.

“Our mutual customers are looking for more ways to automate machine identity processes so they can eliminate the errors that cause certificate outages and meet new business demands for scalability.

Reveal Group is headquartered in the United States. It also operates teams in North America and Australia.
