Syniti appoints Craig Ayers as new Chief People Officer

Global enterprise data management leader Syniti has announced the appointment of Craig Ayers as its new Chief People Officer. Ayers will manage Syniti's global HR function, including responsibilities for talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement. In addition, Ayers will guide the company's Employee Resource Groups in continuously nurturing and enhancing the firm's distinctive and inclusive culture.

Prior to his new role at Syniti, Ayers was a co-founder of Journey, a physical and immersive experience design consultancy. During his time at Journey, he steered operational and financial processes, and was instrumental in the acquisition and integration of businesses aligned with Journey's strategy. Additionally, Ayers served in the capacities of COO, CFO, and board member. Prior to launching Journey, Ayers dedicated nearly nine years as the global CFO/COO at the renowned design consultancy, frog design, before it was acquired by Capgemini as part of Capgemini Invent in 2021. Ayers is not new to HR matters having gained significant experience in finance, operations, and HR during his tenure at Accenture, including as director and country lead in Mauritius.
