DCS Innov launches iChange multi-currency debit card

DCS Innov has announced the launch of iChange, a debit card developed in collaboration with its first Cards-as-a-Service (CaaS) client, IBV.

The iChange Platinum Debit Mastercard, paired with a multi-currency wallet, allows users to manage and exchange over 40 major currencies at their convenience. This development is part of DCS Innov's broader strategy to provide fintechs, Web3 companies, and retailers easy access to global payment infrastructure.

Leveraging the operations and regulatory capabilities of DCS Card Centre, DCS Innov is uniquely positioned among the first to offer credit card issuance within its CaaS model. For the launch of iChange, DCS Innov facilitated the Mastercard licence sponsorship and provided APIs for card management in iChange's mobile app, alongside continuous operational support.

DCS Innov CEO Ceridwen Choo stated, "iChange represents a fintech's ambition to offer better value and convenience for end users needing to transact in different currencies. Our CaaS solution fast-tracked the development effort of such a typical product by more than 50%, translating to significant time and monetary savings for IBV."

IBV, which released the iChange card, benefitted from DCS Innov's resources to address the intricacies of launching a multi-currency card solution.
