Dell Technologies is expanding its portfolio of professional services for Microsoft technologies, incorporating new services for Microsoft 365 Copilot. These new services aim to help customers adopt a consistent approach towards implementing and managing their technology.

New offerings include assessment, advisory, operational readiness and implementation services to help businesses adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot quickly and at scale. As businesses across the Asia Pacific and Japan region increase their adoption of generative AI, such services will be instrumental.

New security services for Microsoft Defender for Cloud and IoT also provide advanced features to help protect cloud and IoT devices from potential threats.
