Infios has been recognised as the only company to receive the Customers' Choice distinction in the 2025 Gartner Peer Insights Voice of the Customer for Warehouse Management Systems. The recognition is based on customer reviews collected by Gartner Peer Insights, reflecting direct experiences from IT buyers of warehouse management systems (WMS). Infios received an average rating of 4.5 out of 5 from 32 reviews as of August 2025. The Customers' Choice quadrant includes only vendors whose scores for both overall experience and willingness to recommend meet or exceed the market average.

Infios, previously trading as Körber Supply Chain Software, also held the Customers' Choice distinction in 2023, reflecting continued customer satisfaction with its products and services.

Earlier this year, Infios was named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Warehouse Management Systems for the seventh consecutive year. This position is based on Gartner's in-depth evaluation of product capabilities, vision, and execution.
