Globality enhances AI Agent Glo with new pricing analysis

Globality has announced significant enhancements to its AI Agent Glo, introducing advanced capabilities for pricing analysis to aid decision-making for Global 2000 enterprises.

The company revealed that its updated Glo generative AI agent now features enhanced analytic capabilities, allowing businesses to obtain comprehensive insights into real-time price proposals. This development aims to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and drive business value.

Globality has designed Glo to assist procurement and business teams by providing detailed project pricing information using natural language requests. The platform handles all spending categories, generating AI-powered summaries, dynamic charts, and visualisations that are readily shareable.

According to Gartner's Procurement Predicts 2025 Report, 63% of procurement organizations fear losing their competitive edge without improved data and analytics use. The report suggests the potential benefits of AI include increased productivity and reduced costs, although these advantages depend on trust in technological outputs.

With Glo's enhancements in AI-driven pricing analysis, the focus shifts towards strategic decision-making, targeting maximum business value from complex internal data, including supplier, contract, and market insights.

Dynamic interactive charts, comparison tables, and exportable reports form critical components of Glo's new capabilities, facilitating data-driven decisions effortlessly. These are categorized into three main functions:

The Analytics function provides real-time analytics and trend identification. Through Agentic AI, procurement teams can construct interactive dashboards and graphs to inform smarter purchasing decisions.

The Next-Gen Proposal Insights function delivers more in-depth pricing data analysis. Powered by Globality's proprietary Gen AI interface, it benchmarks proposals against external data and past spending, offering renewal recommendations based on industry standards and historical analysis.

The Glo Pricing Insights function employs Natural Language Processing and conversational AI to give immediate, actionable pricing answers to procurement or business users' inquiries.
